Combined with the use of of a seedling heat-matt set at 78deg F. I usually get roots it at least a few days with out the use of one. The fixture is compact, and can be daisy chained to another. If you are going to need the power of 2 unites eventually, start with the 24in then buy another 24in later as you expand father than getting a 4ft fixture and wasting the the unused light. When you've got things dialed in and need more light then buy another on and simply connect them by the cord,I've personally used Sublaze products for over a decade and have nothing but good things to say about them them. They can get a bit hot on the top, and while I have notice slight discoloration or heat stress on top of if he light is laid directly on the humidity dome constantly running 24/7 (nothing serious such as wrapping or melting of the plastic.
