It comes with one short bolt and washer - they refer to it as the setting tool. Then you buy whatever length bolts and washers are required to mount your item. I used them to mount a 2 post lift in my garage. Worked great, but just be sure your cement is thick enough if you mount something like a lift. In a factory or shop with a thicker floor - this would not be an issue. Hammer them in below flush (per the instructions) as they do pull up quite a bit as you tighten the setting bolt to lock it in place. **Q: Can you use epoxy with these?** A: I would recommend against it. The outside surface of the anchor is smooth. The anchor depends on that little sleeve above the wedge expanding as the anchor is drawn back up towards the surface during installation. Tension on the bolt into the anchor actually increases the grabbing power in the drilled hole. Epoxy would prevent that from happening.There are dedicated anchors intended for use with epoxy.
