After Covid, it seemed to become unavailable & the local grocery stores certainly don’t stock this brand. So I went for the splurge but I only use it for certain uses: on Greek yogurt, on English muffins, certain salad dressings, & in teas. Btw, I use this to sweeten fresh lemon thyme when I have sore throat or cold-tastes great and coats throat while acting as gentle expectant minus nasty side effects of many cold medicines, so healthy way to get cold relief. The texture is fine, and I had no issues with crystallization, which wouldn’t be a problem imo. At this splurge price, I wouldn’t use it for certain uses like adding to Boston baked beans as one example. Have never had any problems with delivery with desertcart-deliveries are always speedy and intact/ in good shape. Note that I would never knock stars off the product for any delivery issues or for too high a price because I believe people are interested in the quality of the product.
