Please do not waste your hard earned money *by V***A on 27 February 2019* Though the product looks good in the picture, it is not worth the money. The glasses are too heavy and its paint or design on the handmade glasses keeps falling off. The central structure is very light weight and not strong enough to hold all five glasses together (glasses weigh 4.5 kgs, the central structure does not even weigh 500 gms), plus the product is on the higher side of costs and is of a shoddy quality. On top of that my experience with the seller has not been good. I have already suffered a loss and I'm writing this review for the benefit of others.We only realised that the product was too weak after the electrician checked it but by then the return period was over. I was very unhappy with the product and contacted the seller, he agreed to send me another lighter set if i returned the original set. However I had to incur another 900 as courier costs. Now as their packaging was not great, two glasses of the new set broke in transit. I requested them to replace the 2 broken pieces but even after multiple requests and calls they only kept it postponing or said the delivery was returned as it could not be delivered (how did it reach the first time then).It has been three months since the first delivery. I was fed up and gave them a bad review, then they reach out to me and say that once I delete the review they will immediately send the package. Though i knew they would not send it, I thought of giving it one last shot and deleted my review, however as expected they did not send the package. Therefore I have put my actual experience out here so that no other customer has to go through this again.Please do not buy this product, it is of a very bad quality, or from this seller, not worth the money and effort.
