A: Hi dear, it is about 5.5” in height and 5” in wide per piece.

**Q: Do they rust under the bottom if used outside?**
A: Yes mine def did. The lights stopped working too. I returned twice!

**Q: Are they solar**
A: Hi dear, they are not solar, they need batteries.

**Q: Do they have a timer?**
A: No they do not. I actually had to return mine also cause the area near light bulb and battery rusted after only a month.
