The shower has assembled from the box only accommodates for a very short adult or child. I looked around the question and answer section on the product to find answers about getting an extension. I observed that the seller offered a free extension if you contact them and prove that you purchased their Fossett. I did just that. I Purchased the extender, and the company refunded the money back to my MasterCard after the purchase was received. Another issue I had with this was getting it to fit in my antique clawfoot tub. Make sure to purchase swing arms with some good length on them if you’re clawfoot tub is older. The shower itself is very elegant in its aesthetic. The construction is very sturdy. The handheld sprayer is very convenient. The showerhead flows brilliantly. With regard to the swing arms that I referenced, I bet the seller would have provided those at no cost, but I had not explored the reviews or the Q&A before ordering them. So all in all I did spend about $50 on supplemental swing arms. But at such a great price point, I still feel that this kit is offered at a good price. And again, the customer service offered by the seller is unbeatable. And the quality of the product itself seems very strong. If you do not have plumbing experience, you will need to get a plumber to install this for you.
