Dry, Liquid, how many, what kind? Thanks!** A: There are two packets. One dry seasoning packet (a little bigger than typical season packets from main stream ramen) and one small black garlic oil packet. To cut back on sodium you don't have to use the whole dry packet. I recommend this flavor and brand. It's one of the best ramen I've ever had. I also recommend Indomie brand **Q: Is this low in sodium?
