I came across this product and it had great reviews so I thought I'd give it a go, but as it turns out these aren't suitable for movements which require your hand to glide over a surface (e.g kipping pull-ups) or a bar to move in your palm.Whilst doing kipping pull-ups it was difficult to hold the bar with my palms because the material would fold on itself creating additional thickness leaving space just for fingertips to hold the bar. It also limited mobility making it difficult to maneuver whilst doing certain movements such as swings, snatches, cleans etc using kettle bells. Overall I was a bit disappointed especially because this product is advertised as "Crossfit Grips" but in reality I had to take them off to complete my WODHowever, If you are training body building style and want grips that also protect wrists during those heavy sets I would recommend this as it provides that support and also allow you to increase reps during those sets that become really intense on your hands. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ great for Crossfit *by B***Y on 26 July 2018* i really like these gloves as they cover the bottom of your fingers as well where I tend to rip, also they are very thick so the padding is good, and wrist straps mean they stay in place ### ⭐⭐ These were great when I first started using them *by A***R on 19 September 2017* These were great when I first started using them.
