I was able to take out the old ear pads and install the new ear pads under 5 minutes. The actual replacement ear pads are identical to the original Sony ones. You can't even tell the difference. The replacement ear pads have great adhesive quality, they do not feel cheap they feel firm and stiff. My headphones feel brand new now, they fit snug and do not cause any irritation. The replacement ear pads look and feel brand new. The replacement ear pads function well, they have not affected any of the noise canceling function of the headphones. They fit snug on my ears. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who has these headphones. I will be buying a few more to stock up on for the future.
