Breathing was a lot lot easier. the passages were opened up for more than just that night. everything felt more free for at least one entire day after that. It was super easy to put on and super easy to remove. It did not feel like the nose was being waxed. Of course, some blackheads came off with it, but I doubt my dad was trying to have the "blackhead look" so I would say, huge plus. Cons: It did not help much in reducing my dad's snoring. That could very well do with the fact that his snoring may have little to nothing to do with the nasal passages. All in all, though it didn't help with snoring, it did help my dad have more open nasal passages, have better breathing and feel well rested and also helped unintentionally with removing his blackheads. So YAY! for these nasal strips. P.S.
