My daughter wore this for her piano recital and looked very cute in it.  The reason for only 3 stars is that the liner is about 3 inches shorter than the sheer overlay, and the overlay itself barely reaches her knees.  It was constantly hiking up.  It also wrinkles very easily.

Daughter absolutely love it...She is 13yrs old.....app 93-95lbs, waist 24", height app 62", hip app 33"and the Size 16 fits great....
