Bob’s Red Mill always provides great results. His grains sprouted wonderfully and made the best bread. My bread loaves are made with 50% white bread flour, 25% freshly milled hard white wheat, and 25% freshly milled kamut. These grains also are wonderful just soaked 24 hours, and put in fresh whole milk to eat as cereal. Chewy and flavorful.

Just a great grain to add to your storage. It’s high in protein compared to modern wheat. It’s easier to digest. Just a hardy grain. Bakes like wheat flour.
