The customer service dealing with the issue were amazing, quick and considerate. The pens themselves are good quality and for the price you can't complain when you consider the cost of other brands such as copic or promarker. Some of colour naming is a little off but that doesn't impact upon their usage. Pleased with the customer service and the pens themselves. 4/5 just for the issue of initially receiving a box with a lot of multiples but that was dealt with so well can't fault them for their response.
