I normally don't write reviews but had too because I personally deliberated getting these for so long. Held off because I didn't want to risk them not fitting and not being able to return them, but when I saw they upgraded to free returns I took the plunge. Thankfully they DO fit, albeit a little loose--would probably prefer to size down but it's close enough. I could just wear chunky socks, but I'll probably buy an insert because I can tell they're gonna hurt my big toe, which has a tendency to get enflamed when under pressure. 4 stars only because of that, I don't think they'll be the comfiest. Kind of like Forever-21 quality. But they're cute and exactly what I expected! Also came WAY faster than expected/forecast, 2 weeks instead of 4-8 (just buy it and forget about them and have a pleasant surprise come to your door like I did). They look exactly like the images shown, the material is strong, fantastic. But, I ended up giving them to a friend because they didn't fit. If your going based off of U.S. sizing, I suggest going up from your regular sizing.
