We love Pepperidge Farm products and this is among their better. They are a little crunchy and not soft as are other cookies. They burst with flavor and even though they have all those 'bad' ingredients they are delicious and worthy of just one more. Or maybe just another.Even though some folks received broken cookies or lots of crumbs our pack of 4 bags had zero broken defects. It happens from time to time with any cookie product and especially in those cases where the stock clerks literally chunk the boxes of cookies from one location to another. I approached one vendor from another major company and you should have seen the look on his face when I asked for his name and supervisor's name. The incidence of chunking has decreased considerably.Sorry for the diversion.
