After contacting the seller regarding my dilemma, they willingly shipped me an extra pair at no extra charge with some additional inserts to help the fit! Needless to say, the second pair fit a lot better.Overall, these shoes are great to go on short walks in or out on dates. But they are definitely not running shoes or joggers. Do not wear these if you plan to walk for more than 2 hours. It will hurt especially because they are elevated and are not cushioned for walking that long.
