They have metallic and solid colors....... that’s why I purposely got the 16..... well.... the can said 16 count but as shown in the pic I clearly have the 18 count ... so now I have to run out and spend MORE money to get the two pens I needed because returning and waiting for a replacement would take too long. Never buying again.
