Buyer beware.Same type of memory foam as first generation mattress toppers. Couldn’t even use the pillow as the in between the legs or under the knees support.Soaks up all your heat and then gives it right back to you.If you’re looking at this pillow more than likely you have neck or back issues and need a comfortable pillow to help with sleep.If I were you, I’d keep looking. There were so many manufactures of this type of pillow, I just hoped I PICKED THE RIGHT ONE. I DID!!! I have back and neck problems. Multiple surgeries in the past and another one if my 1 slipped disc turns into another slipped disc. I had NO period of adjustment. I wear a full-face CPAP mask and there was no problem using it with this pillow! I had the best slip in years with this pillow from day 1. I tried many different pillow over the years. Tried includes the one you see advertised on TV a lot which is made in the USA. This pillow was made in China and that fact is the only thing I wish I could change about this pillow. Also, you have to go online to get a free pillowcase! Why not include it with purchase? It says quantities limited. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works for this side sleeper! *by K***N on Reviewed in the United States on March 9, 2020* I bought this after two weeks of suffering from a pinched nerve in my neck that caused my right hand and arm to tingle and burn as if it had "fallen asleep," waking me multiple times throughout the night and taking up to an hour to go away. Between switching to this pillow and two 20 minute sessions a day in a neck traction hammock, the problem has definitely improved. I use the side-sleeper (thicker) side of the pillow. I instantly felt better alignment in my neck using this compared to my old regular pillow. Not sure if it's this pillow, the neck hammock or the combination of the two, but I'm just so happy to be able to get a good night's sleep again!!!
