Excellent customer service, quick delivery, came a few days earlier than the Amazon forecasted date. Everything needed to assemble is in the box, quick and easy to put together, all you need to be aware, you must have a pump as the tyres are not inflated. Very light weight and yet very robust. Haven’t taken it for a proper ride yet, just a little test run around the house, but I’m perfectly happy with the bike

I have spent more money fixing this bike in the last 3 months than a better quality bike would have cost. First the handle bar bolts snapped... not very safe!!The forks were on the wrong way( pre assembled)The chain was on the outside of rear guard on rear derailer.The front derailer seems to be incorrect as could not be adjusted.Had to put a new one.The gears on cogs are breaking off.Several missing.Very poor product.Spend your money on something a little better.

Firstly, delivery was outstanding. Came far, far quicker than expected.It's the 1st bike I have had in 25 years.Easy to assemble and I am very happy with the look, feel & comfort. My butt is still getting used to riding again but it's a lot more comfortable than I expected.Came with everything you need to assemble and even had a small light which I think was an added extra from the supplier.I have ridden it for 2 days now and so far it has been ideal.Value for money? I really can't compare as I haven't had one for ages but I had no regrets and hope it remains that way.I have included some photos and hope it helps other choose.

Not much to really say here.It's a pretty cheap bike, so you get what you buy.Before even managing to bike 80 miles, the pedal arm fell off (threaded) and both wheels punctured despite no obvious signs of puncture impact.The front wheel is also completely out of alignment and managed to cause me to fall and now I have a sprained ankle.Will be taking to the scrap heap shortly.

Nice bike but the suspesion forks are rubbish I ended up buying my own forks
