Others have reported broken eyeshadows upon arrival. Well, mine too arrived broken. Only one though. I was going to do a return but decided to salvage it myself by adding some alcohol drops to the broken well and press it using a coin. It worked so all is well there. However, for a price tag of $15.88 plus tax, this product should have arrived pristine. Next I started playing around with the colors. I must say, they are all very pretty but the consistency of the product is very soft which explains its propensity toward crumbling. The pigmentation is not as intense as I'd hoped for. There are some very rich and brilliant colors in this collection; something for every mood and to go with every outfit I own. The eyeshadow sizes are generous being quarter-sized which is nice. I hope this palette will grow on me. I was looking for a replacement to my BH cosmetics 120 palette I'd had for years. BH was wonderful: highly pigmented. So far, I have not found any makeup for the price that compares to BH.
