**Q: I previously used this on teak adirondack chairs a few months ago. i now want to paint them colors. can i paint over this?  is there a process?**
A: You can paint over Deks Olje D.1 with alkyd based paint.

**Q: Can this oil be used on redwood decking?? Add colors for darker look??**
A: Hi Dawn,
Yes it can. I wouldn't recommend adding colors to darken though. If you are looking for a different shade I would suggest our product Textrol instead.

**Q: Can this be used on a cedar fence**
A: yes, if you use it properly. However it will use a lot of product. But you will have the best protected fence in the neighborhood.

**Q: Can this be used on new yellow pine ?**
A: The short answer is: Yes, you can use D.1 on new Yellow Pine.
