Then they wrapped it in the thin film and then put that inside a lightweight delivery package. So of course, any pressure from other packages in the truck would smash the tube and so it did the product as you can see from the photo was all over the tubes as well as inside the Delivery package. Amazon resolved the problem by sending me new product but this all could’ve been avoided had they left the facial scrubs in the original manufactures boxes and then put those boxes inside a cardboard Amazon delivery box.
