Review: I don’t like mushrooms - I do not like mushrooms at all. I also don’t really care for jerky. I love this! I decided to try it because a friend recommended it especially the Zesty Thai flavor. This is the only flavor I’ve tried so far. Their website makes it clear it isn’t to be compared to beef jerky so I think that’s why some unhappy reviews here. “Please note, Pan's Mushroom Jerky isn't trying to completely imitate beef, and you should expect to experience the shiitake mushroom flavor and texture come through in our product - which we love and embrace.” I love that it’s a healthy product and I’m happy to find a way to get in healthy mushrooms since I don’t like them. I wish there was a bigger price break for buying more as I want to order again! I ate the bags way too fast!!

I actually love this stuff, it’s expensive but delicious. When I buy it from the grocery store it is relatively soft and easy to eat. When I buy it from Amazon it is incredibly tough, like it’s been sitting in a hot warehouse for the past fifty years. Too expensive to deal with poor storage or an old product.
