I was seeing kimonos at big retail stores for $25-50, so I took a chance on this $12 one. I am so glad that I did. It's adorable and everyone asks me if I got it at Free People or Urban and they gasp when I reply AMAZON. I am 5'3 ~125 lb and ordered the size S, which fits perfectly. Perfect amount of flowiness. Would totally order again in another pattern!!! ### ⭐⭐ Two Stars *by A***R on August 25, 2016* It was beautiful, but extremely large on me. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ The quality and look turned out to be MUCH better than I expected *by P***L on August 20, 2015* The quality and look turned out to be MUCH better than I expected. It honestly looks like something I payed $30 -$40 for at a department store. The lace is good quality and the print is also excellent. Although I rated it it as "fit as expected", the sleeves were a bit shorter than shown in the picture but not tacky or awkward my any means. Also, it was a bit bigger/baggier than I expected but that is probably due to my small frame. I'm 5'4, 115 pounds and ordered a small. It's definitely a bit bigger than I would have liked but still looks fine. My BIGGEST complaint and annoyance is that when the item arrived it smelled AWFUL. I mean I could not even leave it on my body for more than 2 seconds because I could not stand the smell. It was atrocious! It was a sharp smell almost like rusted metal. It's honestly hard to put into words how awful it was. I left it in my bedroom for 5 minutes and when I came back, I had to open the windows to let the stench out. It did not come with washing instruction and due to the lace and the fabric being so light, I was not sure if it's machine safe so I ended up dunking in the tub. I let it soak for about an hour in nothing more than Dove soap. After about an hour, I scrubbed a bit and rinsed it several times and then hung to dry. Luckily, the atrocious smell was gone and I was able to properly try on the garment. In sum. for the low price, it's worth it which is why I gave it 4 stars.
