Wrapped in bubble wrap, then some packaging materials and a sturdy box, so the mugs were in perfect condition. These mugs are a good big size and feel nice to hold. Each glaze is slightly different making all mugs individual. Expensive mugs, but feel quality and hopefully should resist chipping

Had bought the dinner set and some of these mugs from John Lewis previously. Saw these on amazon at a great price and got two more to top up our set. Delivered next day. Wrapped in bubble wrap, then some packaging materials and a sturdy box, so the mugs were in perfect condition. These mugs are a good big size and feel nice to hold. Each glaze is slightly different making all mugs individual. Expensive mugs, but feel quality and hopefully should resist chipping

Good quality mugs but the pattern on those that were delivered was nothing like and nowhere near as stylish as the illustration, so returned the item.
