I’ve had 2 units with faulty grills that cut out after a couple minutes - 4 min 20 sec. max** A: We even ran it in the counter to make sure there wasnt anything in the kitchen unit that was causing a problem and used a different socket as well. Still the same. Old Bosch microwave broke and was too expensive to repair. This is a direct replacement but over £100 cheaper ( Bosch does use Inverter tech ). Fitted in 5 min,pleased with the build quality and the auto door release is a nice "touch".
