A: A serving is about what you can hold in the palm of your hand, about 2.5 oz.  A typical serving of 'normal' cereal, like Oat Crunch Cheerios is 8 oz.  You'll still be hungry if you adhere to their 2.5 oz serving guideline.  Ultimately, it's very expensive.

These yellow and purple pansies are awesome— beautiful color. I wished the greenery was silk, but other than that, they are beautiful. I might reinforce a little with superglue here and there (my choice) as they will be atop my parent’s headstone and sometimes windy conditions. Still, I can shake them hard and nothing falls out. Overall, these are very beautiful and I am very happy with them. * I am adding them to an arrangement already purchased for a little more pop.
