It came in a bag inside a clear plastic bag. The shoe it self does the job as far as adding a few inches to your height but it almost feels like your walking on high heels. For those out there who are trans, wanting a little bit of height this will do just that BUT you’ll have to get used to wearing them, they feel like your walking on heels all day. I haven’t wore it longer than two hours... and my feet did feel a little uncomfortable after that, I had to remove them. Not necessarily because of “pain” it was more like ugh I’m tired of walking like I’m wearing heels? Lol. The material is eh... fabric? Soft? Not sure if the shoe is going to survive the abuse of wearing them every day.
