I have owned many pans over the years and these are the best. I love the detachable handles which allow for easier storage and cleaning. The pans are nice and heavy and have a good thick base. The non stick properties seem far beyond any I have tried before. Having said that, I have been hand-washing these and have not put them in the dishwasher so I can not comment on how the finish would be after that. I have used the pans for steak, stir fry, pancakes and scrambled eggs. I love these pans and I am planning to purchase the matching paella pan soon. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Pro feel.
