Firstly it rattles like nobody's business. There is a good ¼" gap between the the locking mechanism and the place it latches. I glued in a small ¼" thick rubber bumper which fixed the play in the door reducing the rattle, unfortunately, the main door still rattles a bit top to bottom and the cover door rattles a little as well but it did reduce the overall noise a fair amount, and i would really like a locking feul door so I figured i would go ahaed and install it and see how much noise it makes while driving. Once installed the quality, or lack there of, became immediately apparent. On the original piece there is a plastic guide pin that fits into a corresponding hole in the jeep body to keep it from spinning, this replacement does not have it and as you can guess it spins easily. Next the gasket that should sit flush with the side of the jeep is not even close, leaving gaps all the way around. And last it doesnt even cover the old space entirely so the marks on the paint left by the factory peice are visible. And worse i doubt i cannget this thing out without breaking the tabs that hold it in. Im pretty upset. This thing is trash. Hopefully the refund will stand after they receive the broken return. ### ⭐ Prone to rusting and warping. Not happy *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on May 22, 2020* This is pretty well made however, there are a few quality issues to be fixed. The door has a support bracket next to the gas nozzle and the facia screws are fixed to a large grommet to keep them from coming apart. Installation is pretty strait forward but difficult for large hands. All in all, it took me about 45 minutes for the install. Remember: the rubber gasket that goes around the gas nozzle (reuse the one you have) is a real challenge to get out 1st before removing the factory gas well.Update 11/08/2020I had to remove this and reinstall the factory gaswell. This model started to rust out on the black facia screws. The clasping mechanism came out out wouldn’t stay installed. The whole unit started to warp with normal use. The door freezes shut in weather below 38 degrees. All in all, I had to change my rating to a 1*. Deeply disappointed this turned out to be a hunk of garbage. ### ⭐⭐ Disappointed with this purchase *by R*** on Reviewed in the United States on June 28, 2020* The door doesn't stay shut because the little plastic piece next to the lock that holds the door shut doesn't grab the plastic piece on the door tight enough. It also falls back out of the hole it's pushed into every time I get gas. I'm hoping I don't lose that piece before I can get my cover changed.
