A: It comes in pieces (it is not ready to use).

**Q: Are english language instructions available? the website indicated english language instructions are sent with overseas orders but i didn't receive th**
A: Amazon is not an authorized dealer so they won’t include the English. I was able to eventually get them to send me English.  If you send me your personal email I will send you a pdf copy

A: Are you looking for a kit to assemble? I own one personally I’ve assembled but don’t sell them. tubedepot.com sells them I think
