Right out the box it didn't work. I thought it was the batteries but I put in - Energizers brand new - that didn't seem right, so I tried to more anyway - that didn't work. You have to keep pressing and playing around with it in the hopes it will work. Please don't waste your money and be frustrated like I am. I am also extremely busy so I really don't have time right now to try and return anything. Great for frothing milk but will struggle when anything else is added like nesquik or sugar. Also can NOT take heat. Warm drinks were fine but just with the first hot drink the rod got bent just in use, as the heat was too much for the thin metal to take. The drink wasn't even that hot. Recommend spending a bit more and getting something better that will last longer too. Unless you're drinking just lukewarm milk that you want frothed. ### ⭐⭐ Not the best *by N***R on Reviewed in the United States on October 4, 2020* It worked at first, but after a couple months the blender stick broke off of the handle and I always have to push them in back together. I use it to blend my collagen powder in to my coffee. It worked for the first couple months great, but even with changing the battery, it hardly works at all anymore after a couple months.
