I have used two of the four; that's because it's winter now and have not used the ones designated for sandals.I really do like them. It eases the discomfort I would have when walking. I use the tan sock like one with my sneakers and some shoes. I use the silicone one with second to loop with my dress Naot Mary Jane shoes.I have had this pain in my foot for almost a year and took up walking 10k each day when I got my Fitbit. That is when the pain became more intense. I went to the foot doctor and got a sturdier arch support for my sneakers and threw out some shoes as well. It helped some but did not help with the pain the the ball of the foot. I did not want to go back and pay the expensive dr visit fee and the huge price for what I could get here.I now can walk from the car to church without any discomfort and it helps because the pain is not keeping me up all night.I highly recommend this product because it provides solutions for all types of shoes. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very effective *by L***S on February 1, 2017* I received an email from the seller with directions for each product in the kit, which was very helpful.
