Unbelievably good and an incredible amount of fun for the price
I'm amazed out how well this little toy drone works, how much fun it is and how durable it is. I've been using it almost daily for around 3 months, with lots of successful flights but a few crashes thrown in. It's taken every bit of abuse I've given it, and still works as well as the first time I used it. The done responds faithfully to input from the remote with just about zero latency making for a stable and confident flight. In 3rd gear with a freshly charged battery, this flies surprisingly fast. There is no battery level indication...but you can tell when the battery is getting closed to drained by the change in pitch of the motors and the rate at which the drone moves. All in all, in my opinion a really good piece of technology fun especially considering the price. My opinion on a couple of things...this is really for indoor use I think. It's so small and I'm sure it's motors are not powerful enough to stand up to any kind of wind at all. Plus, I don't know what kind of range could realistically be expected from the controller (works great inside)...but without GPS functionality I would imagine if this thing gets out of controller range it's likely to just fly off on it's own.Regarding the batteries, I read some reviews mentioning battery issues and specifically batteries that stopped working/taking a charge. I don't know for certain, but these seem to be 3.7V batteries and the included charger is 5V. The instructions say to use a computer USB to charge, but that's still 5V. I purchased a 3.7V USB charger here on amazon (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09CMQ8XXV) that is supposed to downregulate the output voltage and convert the 5V to 3.7V. I cut off the end of that 3.7V charger, and spliced in the battery connector end of the charger that came with the drone. I've used that to charge my batteries, and have had no issues...the drone flies just as long today as it did on the first charge. Bonus with this charger is that there is a red light when charging, and when it's done charging the light turns green. Just be sure to make sure that the positive and negative wires are spliced correctly (it's DC voltage so it matters...use a multimeter if you have one to be sure), and that things are unplugged and no battery is attached when the wires are cut and spliced.

Fun as hell for the price
So far I’ve had no issues with this little guy other than rousing my cats’ ire. It comes with three batteries that each last about ten minutes. The controls are easy-to-learn and intuitive, and I’ve even smacked it against furniture a few times already without damaging it (not that I’d recommend doing so, but you don’t have to worry about it breaking if you make a mistake here and there). All of the features seem to work well; the auto-homing, headless, spin, and flip modes all work well and make it a fun little toy to kill some time with. Kids will love it, as will adults who are as weird and juvenile as myself. The ~$30 tiny one (the one that I have) does NOT come with a camera, despite some graphics both on the product page here and its box depicting otherwise; that’s a more expensive model. Just something important to note. If you don’t care about recording video and just wanna have a bit of fun, though, don’t think twice and cop this bad boy. Best impulse purchase I’ve made in awhile. I’ll update this review in the future once I’ve had it and used it for a bit longer.UPDATE - 7/30/22 - My hubris grew today as I was playing with it outside. I decided to see how high she'd soar, and in so doing began to grow discombobulated down on the ground and accidently sent this thing careening into the top of the tree in my front yard. It then proceeded to fall from a height of around thirty feet right onto my front lawn. I thought for sure it'd be broken until I started it back up again and watched it auto take-off like normal with reduction in neither its flight stability nor capability. This little S.O.B can take a lickin' and keep on tickin' like you wouldn't believe. Of course, I don't plan on testing the boundaries therein any time soon, although I do think I'm gonna try to find the service ceiling sometime soon. Hopefully she survives. Wish us luck.

Easy To Operate, Quiet, and Crash-Tolerant
Likes:* White LED in front assists in maintaing orientation* Blinking lights alert to low battery* About as quiet as one can imagine - as in barely audible.* It is light enough to be very crash-tolerant. Occasionally a propeller or prop guard gets knocked off, but no harm, no foul. Likewise, I have yet to succeed in damaging or even marking anything in the house. - and it's been flown full bore into the LCD TV screen a few times.Dislikes:* Totally-manual landings are a no-no. Instead, you get it about where you want to land, press the TakeOff button, and it settles in and shuts itself down. I list this as a dislike bc I am using it as a training vehicle and landing is part of the skill set.* Every so often, it winds up upside-down on the floor with motors running and out of communication with the transmitter. No amount of fooling around with the tx will re-establish control and you learn to pick the thing up and pull the battery without getting your fingers knicked too often.* The storage area built into the transmitter needs to be a little larger in order to accomodate the folded drone with prop guards installed.

Great little drone-
My eight year old was so excited to get this drone. He figured out how to use it pretty easily but the propellers keep breaking. He got it yesterday and already two have broken. That’s the only reason I am giving it 4 stars. Otherwise awesome product and a great price.Updated: I originally gave this 4 stars however the drone worked for two days and then the batteries wouldn't charge. We contacted the company and they were very prompt about responding. We tried everything they suggested and it still didn't work so they sent us a new one. It took about a month to get here. We got it yesterday and are having the same problems with this one. We have followed all the directions so not sure what they problem is this time.
