This means that your printer would always be out of date and you would have to reset any blutooth/email settings you have currently on your printer. (My printer is not that tech fancy, it's a basic hp from costco, so I don't think it's "too advanced" to accept the cartridges or anything, this is just a bad product)The paper insert also says "If you have a problem with the cartridges just email us and we will refund you.", I emailed them and received an error message saying that the email couldn't be sent because the user did not exist. ### ⭐ Don't buy *by T***E on Reviewed in the United States on July 29, 2020* I noticed these are now unavailable. I'm guessing it's because they don't work. I tried to install in my HP 6975 but it wasn't able to register it. I've only tried the black cartridge so far. I noticed other talked about leaking so I'm concerned about them making a mess as I can see extra ink around the area that connects to the printer has more ink around it than I normally see on a cartridge. ### ⭐ Horribly messed up ink cartridge. It also kept on saying it would not take the ink cartridge cuz it was not an original HP ink cartridge.
