If you just rub your hand on the fabric you can see white pilling. This was disappointing as I really wanted it to work. Runs smaller than expected. The material is soft like a jersey but not too thin. It fits and it's flattering. No need for a slip and I can wear my comfortable sports type bra and it looks fine. For reference, I wear a 14-16 depending on the style and I'm 5' 7". The XL fits perfect. The length is also just right. With this color, there's no snagging or pilling. I'm planning to wear it out shopping this summer with black flip flops although it could easily be dressed up with heels and jewelry. Price is exceptional.
