The front is double lined so it is not see through but the back is see through as it is not double lined. Very light item so would be good for summer or transition into fall. I did size up one but would say this is true to size as it is a little large on me because I did go up. Top is very stretchy so you do not feel restricted but holds up well enough that u don’t have to worry about it falling down during the day. Bottom of the top has elastic as well and a little extra fabric detail under the elastic that you can either keep out or tuck in. Color is a true baby blue. No issues with fabric or stitching.
