Loved it.
When I received the package it was teared and managed very poorly, almost destroyed. Luckily none of the wooden pieces were majorly damaged, I checked everything and only 1 piece was damaged (luckily was able to fix it myself). Overall very easy to assemble and its in very good shape, my dogs loved it right away. Would of been best if none of the pieces were damaged but I still loved the way it came out.

A puppy studio apartment
This dog house gets the job done! We purchased the medium sized house for our 15 lb goldendoodle pup. The house was roomy for our pup although the floor may be a little on the flimsy side and may not support the pup as he grows; also, his head would hit the top of the opening while standing and looking out so he would have to duck his head. The house made it through a few days of California rain without a single drop getting inside. Some cons - it came with a sliver of wood broken off from the edge of the roof and the roof is not detachable for easy access to the inside. Otherwise it is a nice looking outdoor pad for the pup until our next upgrade!

Decent build quality, time will tell
The build quality is decent. Assembly is quick and easy, only need a 10MM wrench and a screwdriver. The instructions are also on the side of the box. Overall it seems sturdy and somewhat weather resistant. The floor has slats that will circulate air so I'd recommend putting a pad or dog bed inside for comfort.Just a few tips, don't over tighten the screws and bolts. And when installing to roof, don't use the predrilled holes; put the screws centered on the front/rear walls.

Damaged Goods
I’m ok with the house. I don’t like that I can’t contact them directly, and have to put them on here. It’s a good house for the money. I’m just not happy about the damage.

Not so good...
Solidly constructed, but various pieces of wood were chipped or splintering, and the painted pieces were unevenly coated (there were some areas that were unpainted at all). Package was also delivered late, which according to the carrier was due to the seller not having the package ready on time. If I had had the time, I would have returned the original and requested a new one, but unfortunately this was a birthday present, and the late delivery left me no choice but to assemble and keep the item.Maybe I was just unlucky as it seems most of the other reviews are positive, which is what led me to order this in the first place. Overall, however, this wasn't a pleasant experience and I would choose a different product if I had to do it all over again.

Pug approved
It took a while for my dog(Pug) to trust her new home but she loves it now and we’ve had a lot of rain this season and it looks great! No complains for now!

It looks good,but isn't.
Product looks very substantial, BUT it isn't...wood is thin and not substantial. Roofing is also inferior...I ended up applyinga new asphalt shingle roof...I'd say spend your $$ on a better dog house...
