Review: What's that rattling noise - The base twists until it's almost but not quite snug so that it rattles when you drive and pops out when you adjust your phone. Wound up pealing off the foam rubber pads from the Miaodam and using them on a weather tech phone holder that did not have exactly the right cup holder size. Worked like a charm.
