Normally this device is compatible with 220 V but it also works at 120 V US outlets. We also send plug converter with the device.

Q: Can I use milk in it?

Do not boil milk or any other liquid in the coffee pot. If milk is boiled, it sticks to the heater and forms a dark brown layer over time, and this layer can only be cleaned with a dish washer. For this reason, it is not recommended to put milk in the coffee pot.
