I wore them to the beach and a water park. They are comfortable, have good traction, and are incredibly light. The only negative is they don't fit tight so they have a tendency to rub the heal causing blisters. There is a strap to tighten over the top of the foot, but it doesn't wrap around the ankle so it's only adjustable to a point. No matter how hard I tightened them they still slid up and down my heal. Maybe a size smaller would fix this.
