Review: Great sparkle over black base - Mixed will with clear coat, was heavy and had to keep it agitated while shooting to keep a consistent pattern. 2 coats base, 2 coats clear with flake followed by 2 coats of clear. Then wet sand flat with 1000 grit and flow coated with 2 more coats of clear.
