Review: Still The Best After All These Years - I'm over fifty and have been using this product for over a year. This is what I've noticed: 1. Slight increase in energy 2. This taken with conjunction to regular exercise and a good diet can help regulate or boost testosterone. Although I haven't taken it long, I know this by the ingredients which at some point in time, I've taken. This just has them all in one capsule. I had to take an extra capsule or two per day for me to see a difference in my energy levels in the gym and to be able to lift a little bit extra. I've been taking 5mg of boron for testosterone boosting for a couple years now and 5mg tablets of boron alone is already half the price. Ashwagandha for mood, stress, anxiety is already the other half of the price, so you basically just get extra ingredients to help the body naturally boost testosterone. The only thing is the amount you get in a bottle. It would get a little expensive to have to buy this every month if taking everyday. Otherwise, good product with good ingredients.
