I know, sounds funny to say, but... *by D***S on Reviewed in the United States on October 2, 2023* The stock seat post that came with my bike was too short for me (I'm 6'3"). So riding felt slightly awkward due to my legs not extending as much as they should when pedaling. Two choices at that point. Buy another bike larger than 26"....(expensive)....or replace the seat post ($10.00).Obviously, I went with the $10 route. It's VERY long...and will accommodate any height you want! It works PERFECTLY for my needs!!! Makes riding MUCH more comfortable. Also, it's not chrome (which I'm happy about!) Another user mentioned that it was a textured "silver" finish versus shiny chrome. My bike has several parts finished in that same silver, so I was HOPING that it wasn't chrome. I even debated going with the black version just in case this one wasn't what I wanted.I was pleasantly surprised to find out that yes...it's that textured silver finish (exactly what I wanted!) It looks so much better than the short chrome seat post it replaced!!!!
