The sound is amazing, the way it is used easy on the neck and the fit is wonderful. I would recommend this product to anyone because I love it. Thank you EMI for your product!!!!!!! 5 stars!!!!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Always a good choice *by R***G on June 7, 2017* Good price for this product. I have only used sprague rappaport stethoscopes and probably always will. Only thing with this one was it did not come with hard ear pieces (my preference), but these products are somewhat interchangeable so I just switched from my old sprague stethoscope (lasted over 15 years, the one before that was also 15 years). The other thing, I like shorter tube lengths for optimal hearing, so I cut these to suit me (plus, since this is a heavier stethoscope, shorter tubing helps and fits a little better in my pocket). I felt very comfortable modifying this scope because of the low price, I would not want to tinker with a very expensive one. These are durable, and if lost or stolen, not a big financial loss. Someone posted they did not like this due to their hair getting caught in the tubing clips, yes, that can happen. However, it helps if you keep your hair pulled back (for safety and hygiene). It does come with a variety of soft ear pieces, bells, and diaphragms (plus a name tag). ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Color is wrong... *by C***2 on November 20, 2021* Keep in mind, my color vision isn't quite what it once was but, the color seems to be a bit off. What I received was quite a bit lighter than what I was expecting but, nonetheless, these sterhoscopes have been getting it done for the past 10 years. great instruments for great prices.
