They sent the wrong fountain (didn't match the order and the picture on the box didn't match the order OR the fountain in the box) no instructions for the fountain recieved and the instructions on the box were not in English (no English anywhere) but I was able to figure it out for the fountain recieved and it works very quietly even though the top of the fountain sits on a base obviously not made for it so there is gaps.
