Can't speak towards how suction-y the suction cup is as we have not tested out that aspect of it. The toy is really smooth with no uncomfortable ridges. The bulb is well rounded and comfortable going in. It is not particularly girth-y, but it is very comfortable to have in your ass and because it's really flexible it moves with you and adds amazing sensation to everything you're doing.Use with a strap on: The base isn't quite flared enough and got pulled out of the ring on the strap on that is supposed to secure the toy several times. This is in part because the toy is made of a soft jelly, so the base lacks rigidity. The toy is flexible and bendy which means it feels really good inside but is kind of hard to control and keep in the bum of the person you're trying to use it on.
