Review: Fish arrived healthy! - I was indecisive about whether I should order these ranchus for the past 6 to 12 months due to the inconsistent reviews, but finally decided to give it a try. I'm in FL and they are shipped from CA, so I was worried about the delivery. The 3 ranchus arrived healthy and good looking, they were packaged well although the bag was a little deflated. I've had them for 8 days now and they are all doing well. The delivery person even rang the doorbell to make sure I received them well, so it probably makes a huge difference depending on the people that handle the package during transit. I would guess there might be mean hearted people out there that intentionally mishandle the packages if the fishes arrive dead or in a beat up condition. This was the 4th time I've purchased goldfish online (the other 3 times were from other online fish stores and each time, they've all arrived healthy). My fish tank was already established. I let the bag cool down to room temperature for 30 mins, put the bag in the fish tank for another 20 mins, before taking the fish out of the bag and putting them in the tank.
