They state they are "designed" in Germany, but are ACTUALLY MADE IN CHINA (which they don't state anywhere though I found out through a hard dig around)... and it shows. Had it for 6 months and it's already broken. Even the booklet it comes with has SO MANY spelling mistakes and grammatical errors that you know this isn't a company that takes quality control seriously. If you buy from Amazon (or online anywhere) the 2 year Ingersoll warranty Amazon claims it includes will not be honored by Ingersoll, and is in fact totally void because Amazon is not an "authorized dealer". You will have to pay for postage and repairs which (SURPRISE!) are very expensive. If it breaks after Amazon's refund policy window and you want to return it to get your money back, you will only get a partial refund.
