awesome hose !
again the star rating should be good enough for most products forcing a written review before it will except a review is nonsense unless you want to write something if it continues I will just stop reviewing products all together..

So far so good!!
Oh how I love the concept of an expanding hose, and continue to get suckered into buying them only to have them explode or have the fitting come off within a year or so. I am hoping this one will be different. It definitely has a different feel to it than the previous ones...the hose actually feels a little more durable and the fitting and valve son’t feel like tinny pot-metal painted a brass color so I have higher hopes for this one. I will definitely update in a few months. It shrinks up soooo small!!! I store it in a 8” plastic plant pot. It’s lightweight so would be super easy to maneuver/handle for someone who doesn’t have a lot of upper body strength. I would definitely buy this for my Mom. And it’s just as easy to handle when it’s gorged full of water.TIPS -~~ follow the directions! You will be disappointed if you do not follow the directions. The hose will not expand fully if you don’t follow the directions. Did I mention, follow the directions!~~ I have found it easier to control the amount of water coming out of my spray nozzle i attached to the hose by opening/closing the brass fitting some and not by adjusting the waterflow at the spigot on the wall.~~store it out of direct sun. It’s black, it’ll absorb a lot of rays and I suspect deteriorate pretty quickHappy Gardening!

Awesome Product
I purchased to fill my aquarium thats in the basement. I attach it to the washer hookup. It works great since it doesn't take up as much room as a regular hose. The built in brass attachment works well for what I am doing. I will say, don't forget to turn the shutoff valve to the closed position BEFORE you turn the hose off, otherwise it starts shrinking and spews water everywhere, dancing all over like a snake haha Luckily it went all over concrete and I put a fan on to dry so its no problem. I prefer this one over the zero-g hose that ive used before! Hopefully I get years of use since its inside only.

A Great Hose
This hose replaced a 100 ft standard garden hose which was heavy and very hard to roll up. It kept getting kinks and hung up on my car tires when pulling it around the car. This hose eliminated all that drudgery. It's so easy to connect and stretches out to over 50 ft. which is more than long enough. When I'm done using it, I merely shut off the faucet, and open the hose valve and it quickly contracts to about 20 feet which I easily roll up and put in a cloth shopping bag for storage in the shed. The hose is very light that I can use for my front and backyard. I should have got it a long time ago.

Great for lawn watering and gardening.
Great for lawn watering and gardening. The hose stretches to 50 feet and the brass fittings are great, as well as the shutoff valve. I can see how other reviews complain of rips or leaks already as the black is like a thick fabric. I'm not sure what kind of material is under the black fabric but obviously it has to durable enough to stretch and resist tears/leaks. The reason that it may develop tears/rips/leaks over time is that it is more susceptible to it while dragging it on concrete or coarse stone driveways. I tend to loop mine up if I plan on doing that; otherwise, it's fine while dragging it around the yard. Another important step for retaining durability and longevity is to not keep it outdoors. It's like the more agile cousin of the durable rubber hose, so it's resistance to weather isn't as high. I keep mine in the garage or patio storage box. Definitely recommended!

The Cadillac of Water Hoses
I've been wanting one of these water hoses for a while, but I didn't want to pay full price (I might be a little thrifty) Well, it was one of Amazon's lightning deals, so I ordered it expeditiously! It was delivered and I hooked it up right away! This is the Cadillac of water hoses... no kinks, light weight, no leaks, and folds up easily. I got up about 10 PM last night and remembered that I forgot to water my hanging plants on the porch, Yes it rained, but they don't get too wet because of the roof. I didn't cut the porch light on, because I didn't want to fight bugs while trying to water my plants, its dark, but the street lights are enough for the little time that I planned on being outside. So, I've watered all of the hanging plants, and I walk back down off of the porch to water some planters along the steps... thats when I saw something move on the ground. I brushed it off, and continued to water, but every time I stopped & started the flow of water... it moved, but this last time, it brushed my foot. I looked down, and all I see is a black snake, I know not to make any sudden moves, so I'm looking around to see what I can find to hit this anaconda with 👀. You see, my Gma is known all over Cecil for killing a snake with the 1st thing she can get her hands on... a rock, stick, shoe.. you name it, I can guarantee you that the end result will be a dead snake, and I take pride in being that grandchild who follows in her footsteps! Well, I spot the hoe (not the hussie) that I'd been using, just within arms reach ... in one swift motion, I dropped the water hose, picked up the hoe, and I beat the Hell out of that snake, every time I came down on it, I let out a war cry... yelling for my husband & son to come give me a little backup! It seemed like I was out there fighting for hours... I was drenched with sweat, out of breath, and just when I thought that I was gonna loose the battle, it stopped moving! I was absolutely weak, legs all shakey, voice raspy; I make it in the house to cut the lights on so I could see this monster clearly & all that was there was my new water hose, and a bent hoe. I was too weak to even bother to wake my husband up and tell him what happened, I just went to bed, wet clothes and all ... it wasn't sweat, the nozzle on the hose got stuck when I dropped it trying to get the hoe, and water was spraying every where. I'm gonna give this water hose a 5 star review, after all of that beating I gave it, there isn't a cut or leak any where, I wish I could say the same about my hoe, lol! I've attached a video so yall can see how it moves with the change of water pressure.

It is broken because a nut is missing. Not a big deal as it's easy to fix.
I haven't tried it yet because a nut is missing. I will get fixed and update the review.
